Refund Policy

  1. Course Cancellation by La Dente Académie
    If a course is canceled by La Dente Académie, participants will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule to the next available course.

  2. Participant Cancellation

    • 30+ Days Notice: If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a small processing fee.
    • 14–30 Days Notice: If you cancel 14-30 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
    • Less Than 14 Days Notice: If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued.

  3. No-Shows
    Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  4. Course Transfer
    Transfers to a different course or date may be allowed based on availability. Transfers made less than 14 days before the course may incur a fee.

  5. Refund Process
    Refunds will be credited within 14 business days from the cancellation date. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
